"Service" - Refers to the service provided by TS4M. TS4M provides web page hosting to non-profit organizations. This is the primary focus of the service, but it is not exclusive to non-profit organizations and may be used by anyone who abides by our TOS.

No Adult Oriented Sites

No Hate Group Sites

No Illegal use of copyrighted material. This includes making copyrighted software or music available for download

No spamming or bulk mailing of other Internet users

No sites containing any illegal activities

TS4M is not responsible for any content you place on your web pages

TS4M does not guarantee the availability of the service

TS4M cannot be held responsible for any loss of data you experience while using the service

TS4M reserves the right to delete any content from your site which does not comply with these TOS

TS4M reserves the right to delete your account, without notification to you, should you not comply with these TOS

You may not reuse or resell any portion of the hosting management software

You may not resell the service for profit

 

PRIVACY

TS4M acknowledges that all information submitted to us during registration is private and confidential. We will never share this information with other organizations or individuals.
